Born in 1970, U. Shrinivas studied Mandolin under Shri Rudraraju Subbaraju. He gave his first concert at the age of eleven and since then, there has been no looking back. The child prodigy has participated in various National and International festivals.Other artistes...The government of Tamil Nadu appointed him the State Artist in 1984 and was honoured by the Sangeetha Choodamani and Kalaimamani titles in 1991.
